By the time we arrive at a finalized project budget, everyone is on the same page. Since financials are always an ongoing concern, we communicate very openly with our clients to make sure everyone is comfortable before we proceed.
During our typical process, we will make a site visit with the client for discovery. We inspect the site and compare it with the proposed vision to see exactly what is expected and make sure the site is a suitable site for that vision to come to life. The client’s dreams are the most important component of the project, we want to treasure their vision as much as our client does! We want to be the only contractor for our clients for their entire lives. That’s how we approach every relationship in our industry. Our clients entrust us everyday to build their dream using their personal finances. That’s a responsibility we take very seriously. The procedure for a new home goes through the following steps. The project begins with Grading, Demolition and Foundation work. Once the foundation is cured, we move to Framing where the skeleton of the home is constructed. After framing, we move to the Rough stage. This is where all electrical, mechanical and plumbing is installed in the walls and attics. The rough stage is where functionality is added. After Rough is complete we move to the Finish stage. The finish stage where beauty is added to the structure. Drywall, trim, cabinets, tile, flooring and house painting all happen in the finish stage.
